HOW DO WE MAKE AN IMPACT?

Our strategy is very simple: provide the next generation access to early vocational training and developmental programs according to their potential and area of needs of their communities.

To propel this vision, we focus on a 3 fold approach to truly impact the next generation. We partner, educate, and equip.

PARTNER

We partner with local churches and schools to reach the next generation in communities. We firmly believe partnering with established local institutions to do our work as this promotes sustainability. In the country of Haiti, churches are the pillars of communities. They are also catalysts for reaching the next generation due to their influence and impact in the communities. Partnering with the schools and churches allow us to truly select and work with the next generation, especially those in vulnerable situations.

Our criteria for partnering with a local church and school is based on their influence in their community, their reference, and our common vision to reach and impact the next-generation. Our combined visions and partnership will allow us to reach out to the next generation and help change their unfortunate trajectory.

We also use the current infrastructure that the churches have available for our next-gen projects. If there are none available, we look at the possibilities of building our own development centers.

EQUIP

The ultimate goal of these opportunities and educational programs will be to raise up future leaders and agents of change. They will be equipped to bring holistic changes in their respective countries and communities. They will have the necessary skills to escape poverty. A change in a country or community has to come from within. Investing in the young generation will breed future leaders that will impact their communities.

EDUCATE

As Nelson Mandela says, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” We believe in education playing a huge part in transforming the lives of the next-generation. While we do embrace formal education, our main focus will be catered towards vocational education and training such as trade learning. We want to provide the next generation the opportunity to learn trades and apprenticeships to start generating income and have a sustainable way to support themselves and impact their communities. After partnering with a local school or church, we identify and select the youths to sponsor their vocational training and trade learning.

We are working hand-in-hand with a Haitian education expert to properly implement our program to accommodate the needs of the youth of the community while partnering with the institutions.

Additionally, we plan to meet with those youth in our facilities to educate them on our five core focuses: socio-spiritual, physical, economical, and patriotic.

Two Columns with Two Cards Each
Socio-Spiritual

We teach the youth how to respond to traumatic experiences and bring healing to them. We also teach them skills necessary for personal and spiritual development.

Physical

We teach them how to take care of their bodies, protect them from diseases, sanitary practices, and the importance of staying in great health.

Economical

We teach the youth about careers, different types of professions, money and how to make it, entrepreneurship, and how to use the resources around them to create a business and become self-sustainable. We also look to provide micro loans or advances to support any start-up ideas.

Civism

Educate them on becoming good citizens that will fulfill their civic duties and rights. Help them fulfill their duties towards one another.
